If you do not agree, please do not use the Blog. Our contact details are in the Privacy Policy.

2. Information only, not veterinary advice

If you create a member account, please keep your login details secure and do not share them.

4. Our content

The Blog’s content, name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may quote short extracts with clear credit and a link to the original page. Any other use needs our written permission.

5. Comments and newsletter

You keep ownership of your comments but give us a free, worldwide licence to display them on the Blog. We may edit or remove comments at our discretion, and comments are the views of their authors, not ours.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will email you updates and articles. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

8. Changes and availability

We may change the Blog, and update this page (including the Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy), at any time and without notice. The latest version is always published here with its “Last updated” date, and continuing to use the Blog means you accept it. Where the law requires us to notify you or ask for your consent to a change, we will do so. We do not guarantee that the Blog will always be available.

9. Governing law and general

These Terms are governed by the law of the place where we operate, subject always to any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live, including any right to bring proceedings in your local courts. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.

Disclaimer

The information provided on Natural Animal Blog (“the Blog”), including all articles, posts, images, and other content, is intended for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be treated as, veterinary, medical, or professional advice of any kind.

No Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship. Use of or reliance on any content on this Blog does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship between you, your pet, and Dr Kasia Chudy, Natural Animal Clinic, or any contributor to the Blog. A proper relationship of that kind requires a direct, in-person or authorised remote clinical assessment of your specific animal.

Not a Substitute for Professional Care. Nothing on this Blog is a substitute for an examination, diagnosis, or treatment plan provided by a licensed veterinarian who is familiar with your pet’s individual health history. Always consult a qualified veterinarian in your own country or region before making any decisions related to your pet’s health, diet, medication, or treatment, and before starting, changing, or stopping any course of care based on anything you have read here.

Emergencies. This Blog is not monitored for emergencies and must never be used in place of urgent veterinary care. If your pet is unwell, injured, or you believe they may be experiencing an emergency, contact your local veterinarian or nearest emergency animal hospital immediately.

No Guarantee of Accuracy or Outcome. While we aim to share accurate, current, and thoughtfully researched information, veterinary science and best practice evolve, and individual results can vary widely between animals. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information on this Blog for any purpose.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Natural Animal Blog, Natural Animal Clinic, Dr Kasia Chudy, and their respective team members, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, any information published on this Blog. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so parts of this disclaimer may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law permits.

International Readers. This Blog is read by pet owners in many countries. Veterinary regulations, licensing requirements, available treatments, and medication approvals differ by country and region. Always check that any product, treatment, or approach discussed is appropriate, available, and lawful where you and your pet are located, and consult a veterinarian licensed in your own jurisdiction.

Third-Party Content and Links. Where this Blog references studies, external websites, or third-party sources, this is for informational context only and does not constitute an endorsement, and we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of external sites.

By using this Blog, you acknowledge and agree to this disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not rely on any information provided here.
